A Note

[Professor Severus Snape]

Snape had returned home, after his last meeting with Jamie. He had done what she asked, expected for staying away form the Malfoys something that was not so simply & yet Jamie wanted him to do it some how. He did not see an answer or at least one that Jamie was looking for from him but, because of the potion he was bound to obey here how ever he was not a full fool to think this would never happen after he had been given the potion the first time but, now he knew he would have to inform the Malfoys that at least by note, that if he acted like said nothing to them or acted like a jerk to think nothing of it for he had his reasons & that it was all he could say for now.

That in time he hopped that they would all understand why it is he did the things he did. Leave it to Snape to figure out a form of a loop hole in Jamie’s words, though he was not going to make not of it.

With that in mind, he pulled out a sheet of parchment before dipping his quill into the ink & started to write, the note out the hand writing was elegant, though it was not likely many would of guess Snape’s hand writing would be anything short of scratchy & hard to read.

With the note wrote, Snape was quick to send it out though he was also smart in this expected as well, instead of sending it by owl something that could be noted he would use a raven, something if seen at the Malfoys would not be soon noted by others as having a note.

Narcissa was watching little Sabrina play with her little broom, she heard a rapping on the window she walked over to the window and saw the note wrap arounf the Ravens leg she grabbed the note and sat down and read it, her jaw dropped she knew it was from Snape because he would write like that when he was hiding something from Bella or anyone except Narcissa "oh no" she sighed she would have to let Lucius know when he got home that Severus Snape was never allowed to see them again. she buried her head in her hands

Snape knew that at least with the note being sent, that if Jamie shortened her leash on him that at least those it likely would affected would know that it was not fully his choose. After all if it had been Snapes choose one would have known, though he could not say he had really any friends left one that had made a great difference in his life even if he had complained about it at times had been Albus. Though he had complained more about being the one that was asked to kill him, it was not that he had not know the spell or killed before but, the idea hear to think about & now, that it was over it still hurt some but, in the end he knew he had done it to save him, a worse death that his time was at an end one way or another.

Perhaps his pain came not at his grief so much as the wizarding world had trully lost some one great, it was odd that he found him self thinking of such things now but, it was likely triggered because he had lost more friends though at least they where not dead. The raven had returned & he knew that one of the Malfoys had gotten his note & at least with time perhaps he would be able to give them a better reason then mealy he could not, though he figured they might have already figured it out.

Narcissa sighed and pulled out her parchment and guill she wrote back "what happened? does Jamie think we are going to try and overthrow her with your help. but I have great news Sabrina grew her first tooth and now she has some hair" she looked over at Sabrina who was still playing with her toy broom. she heard some barking she saw Killer and Vega run in and lay down on their beds. she sighed and returned to her letter " please write back soon Lex"

Snape had not expected a note back, though when he heard the taping on the glass & went to look he saw the owl, he opened the window to allow the owl in before taking the note & moved to read it. Thankful Jamie had not figured that much out, no she likely would think such a danger would come form him.

After reading it he moved to write a response “No, I am sure she does not. After all if she did she would of done something different, no she does this more because of what happened when she look over & likely the fact I simply did not role over & bow with her command”

“Though at times I wonder if it is not more then that, if perhaps she fears me. Since I was in the Dark Lords trust circle, I wonder if there is not jellusy there & perhaps she is not happy for I was the first to stand aginst her & what I might be capable of doing”

“I take it that everyone else is doing fine, along with Killer & Vega? I will keep in touch as much as I can, Prince” With that done he allowed the ink to dry before sending the note back.

(I will changed the signed name if need be, but I do not see ether of them sending there real names incase the note where to be found)

Narcissa called vega over and petted the Irish Wolfhound until she heard another rapping on the window she opened the window and left it open in case anymore post came. she read the note as she returned to the couch "I suppose you would with Lucius and Draco they fear mine and Sabrina's safety, she would do this. after all you and Bella were the closest to the Dark Lord. but on the upside Bella is back! and everyone is doing excellent Sabrina is as happy as can be, Draco is Draco and Lucius is the same too

Snape heard left the window open & was not surprised when he saw the owl fly in with another note. He moved to take the note, giving the owl a treated before reading over the note & writing his own answer.

“Do not expect me to jump up & down with the idea that Bella is back but, I know that you have missed her so for your sake I am glade that she is back. I am glade to hear that all is good, though I did not expected less, of Draco or Lucius when it comes to seeing to your & Sabrina’s safety but, if I where them they should watch them self I can since Jamie has something planned but, I do not know what. But, form what has happened in the past it cannot be good & well Bella being back, there might just be another fight with in the D.E., though it will have to be seen first Severus”

Snape knew he would have to watch his steep around Jamie but, with Bella back who knew what would happen, he only hopped they did not try to kill each other when they saw each other. With that he moved to send the note out

Narcissa saw the owl fly in again she took the note and starting reading it she wrote "I dont, I finally got my older sister back. well Sabrina knows that she will meet her Aunt and I will be reunited with my only family besides Lucius and the kids. well I worry about them both but this is what they want to do, but I think of Regulus and what it could have been for him if he had not joined the Death Eaters" tears welled up in her eyes and a tear fell onto the paper "but that is in the past and this is the present. if a battle strarts I am not losing my sister again. I will fight for my family

Snape got the note form Narcissi & at first glance he saw the tear stains, with it he was not sure why there was teirs & what could cause her to cry though with her words he understand longer. “I am sure that Bella will be glade to see Sabrina. True the past cannot be chanced but, it can be learned form. If another battle starts, I cannot blame you with not wanting to lose your sister but, you know here well & she is not one that would take another fighting for her or telling her what to do ether but, she might lesson to you if you told her. Severus” With that he moved to send out the note once more.

Narcissa wiped the tears away from her eyes she saw the owl fly in again and drop the note she wrote back "yeah, well Regulus was a great cousin I wish I could have spent more time with him. she has never listened to me that much but Ithink I am being paranoid about all this. at least with Bella back I can finally relax.

Snape had gotten the owl back form Narcissi & moved to answer it

“But, you have the memorys, well we know she would not listen to me on such regaurds so I cannot help you there, well I would still offer of course if you need me to & am glade to hear that you can finally relax. Have you though of throwing a party since Bella is back? Severus”

With that he sent the note back to Narcissa, it would be intresting to see if the Malfoys had a party it was not unheard of for them to do so & with Bella being back it was more a reason to do so, though Bella at one point enjoyed such things.

Narcissa was watchng the dogs and sabrina carefully, she saw the owl fly in again "Yeah it is good to have memories,as for Bella she only listened to mom and dad, and Voldermort. hold on Sabrina flew into a wall" sabrina hit the wall on her broomstick and Killer went and licked her. Narcissa got off of the couch and picked up Sabrina then she craddled her. "well you are the person I will run to if time is stressful, i have thought of it but She doesnt want one well tough I am throwing one anyways
Lex" she sent the owl again then she kissed Sabrina's boo-boos better " time for a nap" she took Sabrina upstairs into the nursery and placed her in her crib. she walked in to her room and took the baby monitor and went back downstairs to the living room

Snape got Narcissa owl, though he knew she was right when it came to Bella on all accounts though she had listened to him after the death of Albus where Harry had tried & failed to duel him but, that had been because his words regarded the Dark Lord. He did not see it likely happening again to soon any how.

“I know it time Sabrina with fly like she was born on a broom, I am always here to listen Narcissi & you are always welcome in my home, should you need it, as is your family, orders or not” It would simply be if Narcissa showed up Snape would fallow Jamies orders but, not acted a bad host ether to not allow her into his home. “It fugues you would threw one, how very Slytherin of you, I am sure Bella will not harm you, perhaps she well even enjoy her self once it is started Severus”

Narcissa got Snape's owl she read the note "yes she would, Lucius insisted on buying her the broom but Itold him to wait until christmas but he bought it anyways then Draco found it and he gave it to her. well she got a bump on her head but now she is upstairs asleep in her crib. thanks for the offer I will keep it in mind. you know it Sev besides Its also our christmas party Lex" Narcissa sent the owl off again, she brushed her Bangs over to the side as she waited.

Snape got Narcissa owl, he waited a moment before he wrote "I cannot say that I am supprised that Lucius got her the broom aready, I am glade to hear that Sibrina is alright. Your Christmas party of course have it the same time as the party for Bella & who could blame you, I am sure it will be an intresting party Severus" He could see how she was thinking & it would apper nothing was diffrent though it gave even more reason for Narcissa to throw the party.
