Snape saw the spell come at him & he had little choose but, to avoid it or get hit by it. Though as he saw Victoria come at him & cast her spell he countered it & sent it back, though if she did not stop he would move out of her path & push her past him before starting the fight again. Though he hopped he could off set Victoria with her actions & his & if she was not quick on getting to her feet Snape had not problem with the idea of pinning her where she was with his wand.

Snape blocked the spell before quickly casting a silent spell, that if it hit Victoria would bind her to the wall where she was & with any luck he could be close enogh to get her wand or cast for it or evn better pin her to the wall with his wand after she was bound to it as if to make a point.

Snape saw the moment he had to strick he moved to rest the tip of his wand aginst Victorias neck, if she was to become a D.E. then she best learn what it would be if she failed or worse what others would do to her if she gained to much fame. He said nothing as he waited to see what she would do or what emotions would go threw her.

Victoria slumped as Snape's wand pressed against her neck. "You win," she said quietly, disappointed that she had failed so easily. Her wand lay by her feet, just outside the bindings that prevented her from reaching it. Victoria looked away, wondering what Snape would do next...

Snape heard Victoria’s words he spoke simple "Remember well Jamie will not take failed lightly & it could cost you greatly. What I have done to you is nothing, to what she could do" Snape steeped back before undoing the spell that held Victoria "You did not do to bad but, I want more if you are to impress me any"
