Narcissa heard his words " well since you have took good care of me in Hogwarts I thought you deserved a place in this family, and Bella is far away on a mission for the dark lady " she smiled as she rubbed her stomach.

Snape heard her words "I am honored that, you would think of me as family Narcissa. Though I cannot say Bella will like the news or not being told first, how every I will do what I can to help you & your family Narcissa" Snape keep an eye on Narcissa becouse he wanted to insure her well being, not becouse of her words now but, becouse she was one of the few he could say was somthing of a freinds & those where very few where Snape was concerned
