Jamie stumbled as they landed in her office, pulling herself away and out of Aldar's grip on her wrist. She stumbled over to her desk, bracing herself against it, her head spinning and her stomach turning. "Bloody hell," she spat, breathing through her nose and trying to steady herself. After a few moments, she walked to the other side of her desk, sitting down heavily in the chair. She slid down, slouching into the padded black leather...

Aldar had arrived again in Jamie's office and he sighed. He watched her sink into the chair and he turned to the chair he had been sitting in before. Feeling restless Aldar walked around her office. "Do you have anything fun to do in here?" Aldar couldn't see anything that would be entertaining. He wished he could just go home, but he felt that Jamie would hold this over his head if he didn't stay.

A sneer of annoyance crossed Jamie's face. "Just give me my wand and go," she growled, her head in her hand. "Now that we're not in public, you shouldn't have any qualms. Nor would I mind the absence of your presence," Jamie sneered, looking up at the minister, her brown eyes flashing. "Go, be free," she said airily, the sarcasm dripping from her words as she waved her hands towards the door...

Aldar grinned deciding that he could put up with this, and that it could be if anything highly entertaining, of course at Jamie's expense.
"Thank you for freeing me your Highness. But I've decided to rebel and stay in the tower." Aldar grinned, bowing to Jamie.
He walked over to the chair and dragged it across the floor. He sat down, putting his feet up on the edge of her desk, making sure that his shoes were off. Wiggling his smelly, sock covered feet, Aldar leaned back. "Sorry no can do. You really are testy without...don't tell me you've named your wand." Aldar said, sitting up looking at Jamie with interest.

Jamie glowered as Aldar sat down, placing his feet upon her desk. She paused, hesitating, her hands beneath the desk, before she opened her fists wide, forcing his feet from the top of the desk.
Jamie's eyes narrowed as he continued to ramble on. "Really? Why not give it to me? You know how paranoid the Healers are. So cough it up," she growled. "You have no right to hold my wand. Medical recommendations don't allow you to withhold my wand from me," she said, holding her hand out.

Aldar looked at Jamie as he felt his feet being forced off the desk. He grinned, so she could do wandless magic. Interesting new development.
"Really, you keep pestering me about it isn't going to do you any good. I am so tempted just to snap it in half and be done with it." Aldar stated sighing as he reached into his pocket.
Fiddling around he pulled out a long stick that looked like a wand from a distance. Leaning over he snapped it in half, a grin on his face and he began to blow bubbles, watching them float around the office in different shapes.
The other end still lay on the table, for it was meant for two people. "You want to try?" Aldar asked Jamie , a childish look of joy on his face.

"You do that, and I'll walk away from this entire establishment," Jamie growled, watching closely as he pulled something from his pocket, only to be highly disappointed and turn away when it was not what she was hoping for. "No," she said coolly, shoving away from her desk with the chair and storming out of her office to teh connecting room. She glanced around for a moment, before slamming down the mug she had been holding, forgetting that she had no wand to conjure the coffee...

Aldar grinned, shrugging he continued to blow the bubbles. He listened to her rummage about and guessing what she wanted he shouted, "you know, if you had to live like the muggles you wouldn't survive one day."
Aldar stood up and walked over to the other room. "Do you want me to make you a drink?" He looked at Jamie wondering if she would even accept the offer.

Jamie's hand clenched around the mug as Aldar compared her state to living like a muggle. Her teeth grit, and it was all she could do not to curse the Minister out, both verbally, and with uncontrolled magic. She slapped the file that she had not realized she had brought with her on the counter, briefly scanning over it, until a piece caught her eye. Reading quickly, it came back to her, and a snarl formed on her lips, na expression that she didn't bother disguise as Aldar came into the room.
"I think you've made me enough cocktails," she spat, before brushing past him, heading towards the door out of her office...

Aldar grinned, "I wouldn't really call it a cocktail. I was actually surprised you drink things you leave unattended. I probably did you a favor. You're slipping, Jamie. Anyone could easily kill you, and being the head auror, we wouldn't want that now would we?" Aldar followed Jamie around.
He leaned up against the wall, "you know how the saying goes...the mouse that dies is the one that forgets the poisioned cheese in it's own house."

Jamie turned, her eyes narrowed and her hand on the door handle. "So that was just a drill, was it? I doubt it. I know you don't trust me and you hate me, but I would have thought you would have had a little more...faith in me than to drug me with Veritaserum, the strongest truth serum there is. What is it you think I'm hiding, Aldar? What has your paranoid mind come up with now? Don't fake concern for me and my practices. I thought even though we hate each other, I could be lax enough to consume edibles around you, but apparently, once again, you've disappointed me," Jamie said, her eyes cold and her voice flinty. She jammed her wrist down, then turned on Aldar again as the knob refused to budge. "Let. Me. Out....Now," she growled, her eyes burning with limitless hatred....

Aldar grinned while at the same time looking a little hurt, "I never said I hated you....in fact I don't think anyone's made the hate list....dislike maybe...but never hate."
Aldar shook his head, "you're obviously missing the point. Think back to the past Ministries, complete failures as they were, all getting overrun by other people. Someone, anyone can walk into your office Jamie and did what I did. It's a lot easier to do too without your secretary here....shouldn't have fired them."
He looked at Jamie, innocence written all over his face, "I don't suspect you of anything, except your mere existence. Sometimes I wonder how you even came to be in this world. Such anger, and hatred in that little body of yours, just a time bomb waititng to explode, destroying only yourself."
He laughed as she struggled with the door. "The only person keeping you locked in, is yourself Jamie."

Jamie marched towards Aldar, slamming her fist on her desk. A few objects on it jingled. "Damnit, Silverton! I have been Head Auror for 2, almost 3 years now. If anyone wanted me dead enough to poison me, it would be done by now. So far, the only poison attempt I have succumbed to has been yours!! I trust my aurors! I will not have you come in here, paranoid as you are, and ruin that!" Jamie fumed, glaring at the man before her, her brown eyes flashing. "Bullshit, all of it! You've questioned me before, tried to pin me down to a nonexistant corkboard of suspicions that have no foundings, and I am tired of it! You had no right to put that in my drink, just as you have no right to keep me locked in this office. You sit and snivel, and plot while i struggle to keep you and other from being killed. And then you insult me by distrusting and poisoning me."
"And now you hold me, tormenting me, when all I want is my wand back and to go home where I do not have to put up with your blabbering and scrutiny. So let me out," Jamie spat, staring him down as she clenched her hands into fists.

Aldar smiled, "you really don't get things do you? Enemies don't attack right at the begining, they wait, and wait, then they pounce for the kill. The longer they wait, the longer they study you, the more enjoyable it is. You clearly don't have any idea what you're talking about. Oh, that's right you got hit by the Confundus spell, which is why you can't have your wand back."
Aldar didn't flinch as she screamed at him, or when she slammed her fist onto her desk. He wondered how much pain she had put her hand in, no rather her desk in by doing that. Clearly, she was at her breaking point.
"Like I told you, you're the only person who locked yourself in. I'm not keeping you here. Unlock the door yourself. Don't tell me you don't have a key." Aldar mocked her, laughing.
His eyes flashed, "besides, why do you think I'm only scrutinizing you? Think you're special or something? No, I scrutinize everyone Jamie. It's called normal procdure. You gave me the most resistance so naturally I assumed you didn't want me to find out about something, and with your further hatred of me, leads to me only needing to watch you more closely. It's you who is reading into things."

Jamie glowered, knowing fully well that to unlock it, she would need a wand, hers to be exact. She held back, not want Aldar to handle her wand anymore than necessary...Jamie turned a sharp eye on the minister. "I need my wand to unlock it," she said coolly, studying him.
She cocked her head. "So you expect complete submission from everyone around you, and if they don't give in, they become a criminal?? Dictator," she spat, her eyes glowing. Then she laughed. "How could I have not seen it? Your distractions while we tried to capture Donovan, the Veritaserum, and now my wand held from me, despite everyone know that Healers are over cautious.....you're in league with them, aren't you?" Jamie chuckled, raising her chin defiantly. "Are you going to kill me then?" She asked, tilting her head as her eyes sparked. Though it really sounded and look as though she were convinced, she was acting.
Give them a show.
