Snape head heard the rumors about Jamie of course he could not be sure, but then when the rumors of Erin being spoken to & tempted by Jamie well Snape was not going to stand for it, he did not know why Jamie would want Erin not that she was not skilled, but she was young & new, perhaps that was the reason who better to convince to join a cause that was already a losing battle, he knew what it had done to his life & he did not want Erin to have the same end as him or worse, so he decided to speak with Jamie & get this matter settled one way or another. He had keep his eyes & ears open & between then he heard & saw things that hinted to where Jamie would be that is when away form the Ministry, a cover that was good if she was indeed doing what he heard. His steeps where soft that came form years of practice, one that had been threw much & one that had learned much as well, he was a gifted fighter there where few that could hold a candle to him, unless he was out numbered, but one on one he was very deadly in what he could do. Dressed in his teacher robes, that fanned out a bit & glided behind him as he walked, he keep alert to things around him not knowing for sure what would happen when he found Jamie & it was only a matter of time any way.

Jamie walked away from the Three Broomsticks, sending a patronous to a few Aurors, requesting that they take posts at the pub, at the request of the owner. As she rounded the corner to leave the small village to disapperate, she caught sight of Snape, and nodded to him, before continuing past him towards the edge of village....

Snape saw Jamie, of course he did well to mask anything he might be feeling it would not do him well to allow his emotions to be seen, however matters had to be spoken of & at the time well, with finding Jamie it was best that matters be brought to light, after all he still had a job to do in one form or another, so it was best that matters that could be dealt with now, then allow them to grow before anything could be done when, there was a time it could have been. At her hooded as she passed Snape stopped as he spoke so only she would hear "Miss. Smith I would like a word with you" It was not the tone of a demand, but it did hold the air about it that well it was in some way, if not a requested to be honored. His robes of course fanned out before him do to his movements before settling down at his feet as he waited for Jamie's words that is if she would speak with him.

Jamie turned on her heel, pausing to look at Snape, an eyebrow raised as she looks at him. "What is it you wish to speak with me about? I have a meeting in ten minutes, can this not wait till an appointment can be made?" She asked, appraising him as she stood there. Her cloak billowed about her, and she pulled it closer to her to keep the cold air from getting in...

Snape fully turned now to look at Jamie as turned on her heels to look at him, of course a meeting could be made, but the topic well it was not the best to be spoken of in such a place as that, so it had to be spoken of here & see where things went. He watched her incase he would have to acted, but he for the moment did not wish to press the matter that would lead to a fight, not that he would not enjoy it, but it would not get him what he wanted or not as likely. "No I do not think it can, the matter concerns Miss. Donaghue" He watched Jamie close, looking for the mark of the proof that she was more then she said she was, at the moment he was not sure how to say where Jamie's standing with him was, but he was not taking a change that she would try something, for seeing him so below her.

Jamie quirked her eyebrow even higher. "Really? Has something happened to her? As I recall, she took a day off today, surely nothing has happened?" She asked, stepping forward, still gauging Snape. "What exactly is it?" She asked, still holding her clock close to her.

Snape saw Jamie quirk her eyebrow though that was not an issue, at her words he knew that she would have to know he would not of known that unless he ether asked for her today, he had not so that left ether Jamie was just trying to play him or she was though he came in, the first being so much more likely, of course he did not take to tricks so easily to be blinded or fooled. Snape made no move to move as she steeped forward, he did no fear her a threat to her in a way if it came to it because of that fact, but then Snape was one that feared really nothing other then the safety for the students. "I want you to leave her be, when it comes to your other affairs & matters" Of course he did well to not say it so open, after all because of where they where it was not wise, but just as much if he was right like he though, then the odds where he might just be painting a target on himself.

Jamie stared at Snape for a moment, her eyes narrowed. "What do you mean, Snape? She is my apprentice, and if I remember correctly, you have no say in who I take as an apprentice," she said, her voice turning cold as she stepped forward again, gazing at Snape icily....

Snape heard Jamie words, though they did not make him fear her just like as she moved forward he did not move, to him Jamie was nothing like the dark lord had been & because of it well Snape did not fear her or others so easily, in fact he really feared none when it came to his life. But, he was sure he hit a nerve with Jamie one thing being in the life he had, he saw the signs better then others when it came to what he suspected Jamie was doing, of course the whispers helped, but could he say she was in fact doing it no, just as he could not say she was the leader ether. Snape steeped forward a clear sign he did not fear Jamie or quake in his boots as others might "I think you know or did I just strike a nerve that should not of be so easy to strike? Besides there is question to your motives for choosing her as your apprentice"

Jamie chuckled lowly. "So helping someone has become a crime now, has it Snape? Is that because no one ever helped you get something you wanted?" She asked with a smirk. "I took Erin as my apprentice because the Ministry needs aurors, and she needed a mentor. No one else had the qualifications or the spot available for an apprentice. You should be happy..." Jamie said, still smirking, her lip curling mockingly as she met Snape's stare...

Snape heard her chuckle, at her words it was hard for Snape not to acted, for more then one reason, she wanted him to make a move to attack, to harm the draw back, if he did not stop her, then other then this coming back to bit him, he would really find trouble, since he had nothing to back up his words. "Helping is that what you call it? " Of course Snape wanted to make his point in the best way he knew how, with out using magic he moved to grab Jamies throat before, then moving to pin her to the closest wall with her back to it & his hand, arm & body pinning from the front so she could not more, at least not with out magic. If he could make this happen his words where simple for her "For your sake Jamie, let use hope that your actions do not place her in danger, that she should not be in"

Despite being pinned between Snape and a wall, Jamie chuckled again, looking amused. "Touchy, touchy! I seemed to have hit a rather sensitive nerve there, hm?" She commented, grinning at him mockingly. "Erin will always be in danger as long as she is an Auror. If you are as concerned as you seem, perhaps you should have a word with her to discuss a change in careers," Jamie chuckled again, sneering haughtily at Snape. The hand that had been in her pocket as he had grabbed her throat pulled out her wand and pressed it to his midriff. "I would suggest getting off the Head Auror, Snape. I may have the authorization to use curses you've only dreamed about using," she said, smirking deviously, a spark in her eye letting him know she wouldn't hesitate.

Of course it was not the nerve of Erin, since there was nothing between them, but he was starting to see signs that danger was coming, of course he did not see Erin leaving the job she choose & even with what he said, he did not think she would understand. "Perhaps not, perhaps I wanted was your attaching, but I see I have gotten it, after all even with you wand on be, I could kill you before you get to use you so called spell" Though even with knowing he could endure the pain she could inflicted, to press matters now only would prove there was something more to his game. He moved to steep back & release her form his grip, he could not say Jamie would not still do something or that she would speak, but he had to wait to see what she would do first before he guessed.

Jamie leaned forward against Snape, gazin at him steadily. "Then donor. Quit spitting out hollow words, Snape," she hissed. She straightened herself as he pulled away, and Jamie laughed again. "Such a coward," she commented acidly, sneering at Snape with contempt. "It is a wonder that the Dark Lord even let you have the Mark," she said, smirking mockingly.

Snape heard her words though he did not let them effected him, he smirked though one that showed perhaps a darker side to him "Ayy is that envy I hear that you where not part of his most inner circle?" He chuckled, he was sure it would get to her for she had not been no mater what she did she never go there & well by the time she just about joined, Snape was already with in the circle that few ever got into. Of course only a handful knew the truth of his loyalty, for now it was scene more as with the dark lord dead he could be watched, but he should not be a great issue with no one to fallow. "Let me ask Jamie how many have you killed, that has made breaking news? I am sure none would be a good start, at least with your name said" Of course a few where, but those where D.E. members so they did not count he had been well known for his actions, at least some of them for there was still articles that could be found if one looked, far enough back & of course then there had been Albus & that really got his name out, so when it came to getting the mark he had done enough to get it plus.
