It had been a bit if time, though much had happened in that time Narcissa had her baby & it went smoothly or as smoothly as could be expected & there was a new leader of the D.E. Jamie, so there was much happening. Though Snape had not forgotten what Jamie had done to him & would deal with her later, since at the moment she did well to see there were no openings to harm her. Snape had also sent Narcissa some potions over to help, with any pain & such after Sabrina was born. It would not only help with pain but, to help her get her energy back as well.
Snape knocked on the Malfoy Manor door & wanted for some one to answer, he figured that everyone could be home so it would be interesting to see who did answer the door this time or if it would be a house elf once more.

Narcissa heard knocking on the door " Okay my little Darling, Mommy is going to pick you up and lets see who is here" she cooed to Little Sabrina. she moved from the living room to the foyer to answer the door when she saw Severus she smiled "Come in, Look Sabrina it's Uncle Severus !"

Snape saw that it was Narcissa that answered the door & she had Sabrina with her, at her words he smirked before he moved to enter “And how are you doing Narcissi & I take it that Sabrina is doing very well?”

Narcissa heard Severus's words " yes the little Munchkin is doing great but me on the other hand, tired from her Cries in random hours of the night. " she looked up the the staircase then back at Severus " Right now Lucius is taking his break from his job as being a Daddy to a Widdle Baby" she chuckled.

Snape heard Narcissa words “I do hope that Lucius is not making you do most the work, after all it is only far that he allow you to rest as well, after being woke up threw the night” Though Snape was sure that Lucius was helping he wondered if Nacissa was not end the end doing most the work & waking up at night to take care of Sabrina. “Have ether of you though of brewing a potion to help with the sleep deprived you like both get in the night?”

Narcissa responed "We take turns, last night I had four shifts, and Lucius had four" she set Sabrina into her play pen with her teddies "no I never thought of making a potion, so far I have been making baby fomula and trying to stay awake during my shifts" she walked to the kitchen and got her butterbeer and came back "It has been chaotic since I came home from the hospital"

Snape heard her words "I am glade to hear Lucius is helping out that much & I am sure with time it will become less chaotic, then it has been" When Narcissa came back form getting her drink he spoke "How is Draco taking being a big brother?"

Narcissa smiled "Lucius has been really helpful with Sabrina and Draco still refuses to help me change her diapers, He says he will do it if he can use magic" Sabrina had started crying " i will be right back " Narcissa walked to the playpen picked sabrina up and she craddled her " hush little baby dont you cry mommy going to buy you a mocking bird and if that mocking bird wont sing mommy is gonna buy you...." she sang to Sabrina as she set her back down into the playpen then she walked back to Severus and sat back down.

“I do not see Draco wanting to do much, if he cannot use magic to help” Though Snape did not miss, when Narcissa sang a muggle lullaby to Sabrina perhaps in some ways muggles & the Wizarding World where not different but, there was a difference & the muggle world could die if things in the Wizarding World did not stop “A muggle lullaby Narcissa, not that I am against the idea but, you would do well to not tell many you sing a muggle song to Sabrina”

" well I guess I dont blame him" she said as she chuckled "I also bought a book on parenting for baby girls and that song was among others such as you will be in my heart besides According to Lucius I have to sing Sabrina to sleep because he can't sing, but that song I only sing to her when she cries." she took a another sip of her Butterbeer.

Snape heard her words "I suppose the book also gives you ideas, you did not use or think of when Draco was little as for Lucius singing if Lucius has banded him self form singing then, it is likly best & will help to get Sibrina to sleep faster" Snape could not say in any way what they should to when rasing Sibrina or not, he was not her parent, well that & other reasons to. "Have you heard from bella?" Though it was not likly the only time Bella ever appered to show up was when there was killing to do.

Narcissa looked at Severus " yes it does and it is true when my little Drakey Wakey was a baby Lucius attempted to sing him to sleep but he failed, it was funny though" she chuckled " but we havent seen or heard from Bella since the war" she sighed as her smile turned into a frown.

Snape heard Narcissa words “I take it that Lucius singing did not go very well then, after hearing you speak so” Snape did not miss the reaction with the asking of Bella “I am sorry I just though, that Bella would of wrote to you by now, with the war over or at least the war with the fall of the first Dark Lord”

Narcissa Heard Severus's words " He tried singing to her too but she just kept crying but what is really weird is that when I sing she stops crying and when Lucius sings she just keeps crying" Narcissa's eyes darted over to her little sleeping angel and back to Severus " well I am just scared that you may be her only Family besides us, I pray every night that she would come home" tears welled in her eyes.

Snape did not miss Narcissia pet name for Draco, he said nothing to it though “I am sure it gets to be interesting at such times but, with time it will become a good memory form the pasted” With Narcissa last words he looked at her “I am sure she is fine”
