Snape sent a note to Narcissa letting her know he would be stopping by, he had already spoken with Lucius when they had crossed paths & that is when he learned of the news. He likely was one of the few that knew & he was not about to go around telling it ether. For a long time he had been a close friend & one that was trusted, though Lucius spoke highly of him he was not one to let it go to his head but, he was happy that he made such a impacted on him.
He had told Lucius he was a lucky many to of married Narcissa, though he knew if Lucius had not he just might have though he was not sure if she would of excepted his proposal he could not say he might not of tried it. But, Lucius was a long time friend & he knew that the two had even in school been close & seeing each other.
Snape had heard of Lucius & Narcissa Malfoy little bundle to come, he was happy for both of them. Though he was not sure if it was expected he could not help but, think Narcissa would be trilled at the idea & Lucius might not take the idea well to start but, would come around once it all set in. As for Draco, well he was sure that he would be happy to be a big brother after all what brother would not want to be such to a brother or sister.
Once at the Manor, Snape knocked on the door as he waited for ether Narcissa or Lucius, he knew Draco might but, then again he might be out as well.

Narcissa heard someone at the door so she got up and slowly walked to the door to answer she saw it was Severus Snape. " Severus it has been a long time. Come in" she said as she slowly made her way back to the couch. " So have you been?" she asked.

Snape saw the door open & that it was Narcissa that had answered the door with her words he smirked light, the only thing that was close to a smile with him as he entered the home before fallowing Narcissa over the the couch. “I have been alright, though much has happened & it feels odd not being the Head Master, though at least I have found work” He watched Narcissa, seeing that she was seated before he moved to take a seat as he spoke “How are you Narcissa, it seems we do not see much of each other & I cannot say I see much of Lucius ether”

Narcissa heard Severus's words and responsed " that's good and you know being pregnant again is harder than it was with Draco. I have been started to get the bummers that come with bring another angel into the world and Luicus has been in and out of the house doing his duties to the D.E"

Snape heard her words “I will take your word on being pregnant, though perhaps I can brew a potion that would help you? I am sorry to hear that Lucius is being called away so much, I will help out if you need anything why he is away or here” He waited a moment before he spoke “Are you hopping for a boy or girl this time?”

Narcissa nodded her head " yes I would be very thankful about that and you staying with me when Luicus or Draco are away." she smiled "we are hoping for a beautiful baby girl so that we will be even : two males and two females"

Snape heard her words he nodded lightly “I will brew a potion, when I get back to Hogwarts & bring it out to you tomorrow if that is alright. And if you wish me to stay around to help you when they are both out, I will” He saw her smile before he heard her last words “I see a bit of evening out the field & what names have you though of?”

Narcissa smiled and said " Ok and Tomorrow I will be home but when Luicus returns to take me to St Mungo's for a check up, I like the name Sabrina and luicus has not said any names."

Snape heard her words "Very well & what time did Lucius play on taking you in, I am sure he wil come up wth a name I like the name, though I suppose I though you where going to stay with the stars idea"

narcissa looked at her stomach where her sweet little baby was and sighed " I am not sure . but that was one of my favorite names. Her full name will be Sabrina Alexis Malfoy or the name Vega Alexis Malfoy"

“Ether name would be good, has Lucius been good to you?” Snape could not help but, ask for he knew when Lucius was younger he had been a bit ruff & with a new child in the mix he wanted to insure its safety as well” Snape watched closely to Narcissa, it was odd he would feel the need to see to her safety but, he had been doing it most of his life so now, was no different.

Narcissa looked at Severus and said " he has changed he has become more soprisacated (i think that how you spell it) and think he is excited to have a new child to cuddle and love."
Narcissa knew about Severus being worried about her safety, When Narcissa was in the hospital wing he came and visited everyday.

Snape heard her words he was glade to hear Lucius was being a good husband to her “I am glade to hear that Narcissi & that is being good to you. If anything ever happens you are welcome to stay at Prince Manor Narcissi, that goes for anything Lucius related or not” He looked at Narcissi “It is good to know, that he has changed though perhaps being around you left, him with reason to change for the better”
