Erin watched in horror as Jamie passed out. At least hopefully she wouldn't feel pain, but then this was evil magic, and she probably still could. Swallowing hard, Erin tore her eyes away from Jamie's unconscious body and looked at her captors.
"You won't get your answers Johnson. Not over my dead body." Erin glared at the man, her words much braver than she felt. She only hoped that she could stay strong and true.

Johnson chuckled. "Really? If you're trying to be so much like your mentor maybe you'll take the same spells? Maybe you'll even show her up and last longer," he said, before laughing out loud. "Crucio!" he spat, flicking his wand at her. He maintained the spell for a few moments before releasing it. "Now, that was just a small taste.. Before we call time in, care to answer, instead of just looking like a fool writhing around?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

Erin couldn't begin to explain the pain that was coursing through her body. She was screaming, her mouth was open as her body contorted and writhered around as much as possible within the restraints of the chair and the binds. Just as suddenly as the pain had started, Erin felt the curse lift, and she gasped for air as if she hadn't been able to breath.
"I won't tell you," Erin panted between breaths, her voice week, but her mind strong... at least for now.

Johnson raised an eyebrow. "Really?" he asked, a slow grin coming over his face. He chuckled, then turned away, towards Jamie. Raising his hand, he slapped her harshly. Jamie came around slowly, groaning. "Erin?" she groaned, opening her eyes. Johnson grinned, pressing his wand to Jamie's temple. Immediately, Jamie stiffened as her eyes focused, and she realized who it was as she glared at him. Quietly, he moved behind her, the wand still resting annoyingly against her temple. "Let me make this simple. Either you tell me what I want to know, or I kill her." he stated, grinning at her. Jamie shook her head. "Don't tell him-" the rest of her words were cut off by another sharp slap. Her hoarse voice was silenced and Johnson's voice took it's place. "Now, Erin, unless you want mentor's death on your shoulders..."

Erin watched in horror, it was like a slow motion movie was playing, and even though she was there she felt as if she was watching through a glass window and there was nothing she could do. Her heart was hammering in her chest. Would Johnson know if she told a lie? Or would she be able to get away with it. Erin looked at Jamie as she came too, her body visibly stiffening when she noticed the wand next to her temple. "Don't kill her," Erin gasped, her blue eye glistening with fearful tears as she tried to reason things out. The problem was there was no reason, and she just wanted to get herself and Jamie out of this mess, but who was to say once she told the death eaters anything that they would be set free.
"What will happen if I tell you, Erin asked bravely tearing her eyes away from the wand pressed against Jamie's temple, to look Johnson in the eyes. "Will you let Jamie go before I tell you?" Erin countered wondering if he would bite at a deal.

"Erin...no." Jamie groaned, her busted lip stinging as she spoke. Johnson flicked his wand, gagging the head auror. She glared balefully at Johnson, who looked at her and chuckled. "So pathetic." He turned to Erin. "Answer me, and she will live," he said, eager to have this girl broken for his leader. Behind him, Jamie shook her head, fighting quite uselessly against the gag. ..

Erin glanced at Jamie, "I'm sorry," she said quietly casting her eyes down. Erin was ashamed of what she was about to do, but they needed a plan and if she could get Jamie free then maybe she'd come back for Erin, and well if not, she deserved to die for what she was about to do.
Treason, Erin wasn't even sure what the punishment was going to be. Probably she would be locked away with the other criminals at azkaban. "Let her go first and I will answer anything you want," Erin said looking back up at Johnson waiting for his next move.

Johnson chuckled. "Ah,ah,ah..... Wrong answer. See, I never said I'd let her go. And now that you're being so stubborn, I think I'll let Danling deal with her. And he does so love to play with the mouse before killing it," he said, chuckling as he nodded to one of the Death Eaters in the corner. The shorter one stepped forward, and grabbed Jamie after Johnson has severed her bindings to the chair, then shoved her at him. Jamie stumbled and flinched as she was forced to walk, the splinters in her back excruciating, especially the one being twisted even farther in by Danling. A muffled groan escaped her as he forced her from the room. A few moments later, her unmuffled screams were heard, drowning out a man's chuckling..
Johnson looked at Erin. "What a shame...but in a few it will be over...but know that You did this to her, you know. What she is suffering is your fault.... This is all on your shoulders. And I suppose now we'll really have to weasel those answers out of you..."

"No!" Erin gasped as she watched Johnson cut the binds which had been holding Jamie's wrists. "It isn't her fault, I'll talk," Erin said trying to plead with the Death Eater, she was at a loss. She couldn't just stand by and let the Death Eaters torture Jamie, but if she gave away the secrets it would mean her job, and it still wouldn't guarantee that either Jamie or she would get out alive.
Erin's eyes flew open as she stared horror struck in the direction that Jamie had just gone. She shuddered, the hairs on her arms sticking up as Jamie screamed. Biting her bottom lip, Erin tried to stay focused, it was too late now to help Jamie, but maybe if she was strong enough she'd be able to save her integrity, she just hoped that she wouldn't be weak if Johnson tortured her.
Erin shivered as Johnson spoke to her. It's not my fault she kept saying over and over in her head closing her eyes to try and drown out the voice of her captor. What was she going to do, without Jamie, Erin was out of her element. Stealing herself for what was going to come next, Erin opened her eyes and glared at Johnson.

Johnson glanced at Erin, an eyebrow raised. "Oh you will, will you? Answer me now and she'll be spared.... refuse, and, well..." the man with the dark hair let the threat hanging in the tense air, which was shattered by another scream. "You have a very limited time to decide, I suggest you do so quickly," he hinted before chuckling...

Erin chewed her bottom lip. What should she do? How could she save Jamie? Tears were shinning in her eyes as she looked up at Johnson. If she told him, would it still cost both of Jamie and her lives? Erin didn't particularly care if she died, but she didn't want to have Jamie's blood on her hands if she had a way to prevent it. I'm weak, Erin thought to herself. Jamie would have known what to do, and would have never given up any information.
With a tear trailing from one of her blue eyes, Erin looked Johnson square in the eye. "What is it you want to know?" Erin asked softly, not wanting to give any information that wasn't asked for.

Jamie grunted as her torturer walked over her hand, stepping to get to another angle. As he did, she kicked out, and her foot connected with his ankle. He dropped the wand he was holding, her own wand. The bastard had actually tortured her with her own wand. Jamie snarled, standing up with a great effort. The man was kneeling in front of her, begging her for forgiveness. She stared at him coldly. To have crossed that line, to have done that to her was beyond salvation. A green flash of light, and Jamie limped out of the room silently to the room Erin was
Johnson's smirk grew. "I want to know the security surrounding the minister, and all the other heads of departments," he said, his wand still at the ready. Jamie appeared quietly behind him, the other Death Eater unaware of the woman behind him.... Jamie's gaze flickered to Erin, disappointment flashing through it before she turned to the task in front of her.
