It would be a flat out lie to say that it was not hard for Draco to actually start the business. It was not for lack of money of course. The Malfoy family never suffered in that manor. They always had enough money to feed most of Wiltshire. But after all that had happened, Draco was almost afraid to get back out into the world. It was is mother that really got him going. She was not necessarily the better parent but she was the more compassionate of her and Lucius. Lucius was more of the disciplinarian.

He was offered the choice to live at home at the manor while he started the business and he did at first. Draco was able to take his time finding a location in London and getting everything together in London. At first he he was not going to permit Muggles. He saw no use for them but the Ministry disagreed. They felt that a wizards club in the heart of a Muggle town and out in the open would be too hard to keep under wraps. To get the license Draco had to agree to have Muggles. Though he would only hire magical kind. It was simply faster that way.

Almost a year later, Sirens was in development. Draco bought his own manor in Surrey and the new chapter of his life was begun.
