It had been two months since Balder's first day as Professor Snape's intern; She had already gotten used to, again, being at Hogwarts. Balder worked hard to do her best under him, and was always happy to hear his praise.
Balder was currently attempting to reach a jar of eel eyes, but due to her short stature, it was a good inch out of reach. She stood up on her toes, grumbling and complaining under her breath about her shortness.

Snape came in he was quick to notice Balder as she was reaching for, he smirked as he approached her as he spoke "Need some help?" He watched her before he spoke "You might try a spell to help you with things up high, later on" He moved to help her if she wished it, since well he did have some height on her, that at times did help.

Balder blushed a little, looking up at him " Yes, please. I just don't want to become too dependent on my wand, if it was the only way I could protect myself in combat and I don't have it, I'll be screwed." She said with a smile. Her hair was starting to get longer, as it now covered a bit of her face.

Snape heard her words, he moved to get the item for her before he moved to take it down to hand it to her. "Well then you might look into a steep stole, unless you plan to make a big jump for it & hope that you grab it with out dropping it"

She chuckled and smirked at him "Hey, I'm a pretty good climber for your information." she said, taking the jar from him before turning around, facing him and looking up at him. "I hold the fastest time on the wall climb at Basic Training."

Snape let go of the item as she took it before he spoke "Do you, well if you climb up the shelf's see you do not fall or break something, for it could turn out bad. He of course took the moment to see that they where closer, then perhaps they should, yet he was helping her so it was not he was taking her space up or that.

Balder didn't mind his closeness. Actually, she welcomed it. She chuckled at his comment "Don't worry, I won't climb on your shelves." Her chuckling caused some of her hair to fall over her eyes. She moved it out of her face, saying "I guess I should get my hair cut again."

Snape heard Balder words "I am glade to hear that, as for your hair I cannot say it looks bad ether way, but when you go back to fight will you not have to have it cut then?" Of course he was not sure where saying the first part on her hair came from, but once it was out well he could not take it back.

Balder blushed a little bit. "I don't have to, but I have to keep it from getting in my face." She would be lying if she said she wasn't flattered about his compliment.

Snape heaerd her words "Yes I suppose" With that he took a steep back form her, wondering if he might be crossing bounds, at least in his mind.

"Right." she said with a nod. "Well, I'll see you in a bit then." Balder left the storeroom, chastising herself for feeling like a hormonal teenager again. 'As if the first time wasn't bad enough.' she thought to herself.

Snape took a moment to get himself under control, before he moved to to meet up with Balder "We can work on other potions or that as need be as well, that way we have enogh should students get into trouble that they should not be, better safe than sorry" He watched Balder as he moved to finish what he was doing, of course tey could talk as they worked.

Balder nodded. "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea."
She finished the potion she was working on, bottling and labeling it before putting it aside. "Any potion you have in mind?" she asked.
