The place was a house that was long forgotten but, with everyone that was here it was hard to think that way but, all those that where here where D.E. & there was tenchion in the air becouse of what was rumored.
Snape had been with the D.E. to long, since the first war he had learned much in that time & thankfully for him, other then the Dark Lord few heard that he had been marked as a spy but, then again there where some that though him dead. So it was a surprise to some to see him around enough to make one wish to test him, as if to find out if he was Snape or not, though they found out the truth & with it had come to accepted it & in away there where those that looked to him to what they should do next.
But, they where not all fools to see that even if he wanted, to tell them what to do, he was being watched more closely then before so he could not flat out tell them what to do but, it did become clear to some when they steeped over the lines that should not of been crossed & in such actions many had started to do as Snape wanted. Of course Snape never was one to let it get to him, after all he was smart he knew that if he keep them busy doing one thing they could not be out doing another to harm some one they should not because they where board.
So now it was odd that he was hearing whispers form others that some one was saying they where the leader, of course such an idea did not set well with Snape, it was not that he cared if there was a new leader but, it would be a cold day in hell before he would fallow one he saw as unworthy or unfit to be fallowed.
With the meeting about to start, there where many D.E. around & he knew that this so called new leader would be here to.. Where else would they be but, here to try to take what was not theirs to take.

Jamie emerged from the shadows around her as the last of the Death Eaters arrived. It was time to announce what was going to happen to them. She lowered her hood and glanced around. Their marks would be modified now. The Snakes would be different. More detailed. Rippling muscle was defined along with longer fangs. They would make their return harsh and more violent than ever before.
Jamie looked around the room, noting who was there. "I will assume that we are...mostly all here," she said before she spoke again. "Sibce you have answered he call, I do believe we need a leader.... And since t was I that called you here... I believe that I should be leader," she said. There would be no beating around the bush. No, she would hitthem while they were still reeling, just like when they joined her, they would hit the ministry and wizarding world.

Snape saw movement in the group of D.E. he looked in the direction, to see a member lower there hood he saw it was Jamie as she did so. Though her words did not set well with him at all, who was she to declare her self leader one that was new to the ranks & in his mind meant nothing to him for she had not proven her self to be anything worth remembering at least in his mind when, it came to the D.E. members.
Snape watched members talk among them self’s before one, started to laugh at Jamie’s words “You, of all people think you can just say you are the new leader like that & on top of it you are a woman, who among use would want to fallow one such as you”

Jamie's wandering, harmless gaze quickly hardened and settled on the man who had laughed. "And yet it has been proven that women know when to keep their mouth shut, that they can bear ten times more pain than ninety percent of men. I do believe that the weaker gender in this room would be the men. Who else is to be leader? Have I not already taken up the mantel, that role? Have I not summoned you, and have you not come? You have answered a leader's call. There is not denying that no matter how much you want to. You will see that I have changed your marks already, to ones that are more suiting to my.... Our campaign ideals," she said, stepping towards the man menacingly as she gazed at him. The gaze was intense, enough to make any sane person back away....

Snape heard Jamie’s words to the man, he did not miss the man backed down there where not many with back bones here any way. Though he was not one to simply bow to one that said them self leader, he hardly bowed to the dark lord when he was around so what made Jamie any different.
Snape moved form where he was, moving threw the crowed & closer to Jamie “Prey tell what makes you worthy of being called leader or even more so leading use, when it is know you are new to the ranks” Snape was always one to challenge, it was his nature though if one could show, that they where worthy he could be quite loyal if he chose to be.
It would paper that many of the D.E. eyes had fallen on Snape more so then with, the other man perhaps looking to him for what he would do, if he would bow or fight.
Snape was wise to have his wand ready if he needed it but, he would wait for Jamie to make the first move to know if it would break out into a fight or more so a duel.

Jamie smirked slightly, the gesture feral and and uncontained. "Maybe the fact that I managed to stay out of your radar so long. I was here, with the dark lord, before his first fall. Before that horrible stab at humor that the ministry has down as Potter. I was young, yes, but I still served him. Unlike... You, Snape. Was it me, everyone, or did our dear friends standing in front of me disappear at a highly convenient time, only to emerge once all of us were, apparently, behind bars, saying 'I'm ok, looky what I did!'? He never helped the Dwrk Lord before his second, and unfortunate, fall. He stood there, as dumb as Potter. I saw it, I was there, as were all of you! You saw this happen and you know I speak the truth!" Jamie eyed Snape. "So who are you to question me , Snape?"
Drag them in With the mob mentality. Once they did something together, under her leadership, they would follow her, even if the first act was murdering Snape. She had no qualms about murdering. She had done it plenty of times before. What were just a few more names on her list that was written with red ink?

Snape heard her words he simply smirked, his lips curled back to make his lips thin as he spoke “Perhaps you staying out of my radar, because you had no place with in the inner circle those that where worth taking note of” He moved even closer to Jamie “You where not the only one, that was with him before his first fall & I always served my Lord well, so well that I was able to give him info on not only Hogwarts but, also desire one of the greatest wizards of all times & then kill them at my masters bidding” Jamie was almost as tall as him but, it mattered little to him he had a presents that was one that spoke danger. “Who am I to question you, I have all the right to question you when you where never appointed by the Dark Lord to be the next leader, you where never in the group of his most trusted & we have no reason to fallow you or listen to you for, in the end you are not worthy of it for there is no proof you are fit to lead use as you declare you are”

"On the contrary. Who do you think made the potions to keep him alive in his previous frail state? Who made the potion for him to come back to us? I was beyond your little circle. I was in the main chain of command. I was his advisor at times, regular Death Eater at others. And did he ever let someone he did not trust into our group?"
jamie's eyes blazed. "He was ne'er supposed to die! Of course he never appointed the next leader!" she turned away from him, facing the group. "Do you see this stupidity? This is what challeneges me, and by extension, you! Trivial matters that aren't even important! His redoculous ramblings slow us down and use precious time arguing about the blatant choice of leadership when we could be forming a plot and planning out our luxury mansions already!" she exclaimed, giving the crowd enthusiasm, drive, and passion. "You stand in our way..." Jamie said, her voice deadly....

Snape heard her words, his eyes darkened with her slam at him about him being nothing his fingers twitched & yet Jamie turned away, was she that stupid or was she baiting him, he figured baiting & yet it was hard not to bit his mind snapped to do so, she was nothing to him & had no ruling over him, until she proved it or showed she was worthy of it. He was quick to send a silent spell, at her one of his own that would bind her & hold her tell he broke the spell he was not, one to turn your back to know when, you did not trust you. -She was the one that started the matters of Trivial matters & she was the one that was standing in there way, at least for those that where not yellow-
He was ready incase it turned into a fight & he was willing to fight more then one if need be as well. let the games begin but, it was clear that even if Snape did not bow as the others did, he was willing to fight to see that one worthy took the place of the Dark Lord, so in a way perhaps he was loyal to some degree though it was, unclear how Jamie would see it.

Jamie turned to see tO see the spell coming at her and she stepped aside. "Do you not see now? He wants this position for himself, is willing to turn on us to do so." Jamie's gaze turned back to Snape, then saw Malfoy. "Ahh, Mr. Malfoy. We were afraid that your family might not show," she said coolly, keeping an eye on Snape. "Tell me, boy, are you enjoying your new Mark?" she asked.

Snape could not believe his spell missed & now it was clear Jamie would not give her back so easily again to him though he heard her words “No, I simply do not think you worthy of it” Though he did not miss her words to Draco, the boy was a fool to of come back he would of done well to of left & not come back but, then Snape might of asked him self the same thing but, he knew that at the moment he might be the only thing to stop the D.E. or be able to keep then in line. At least he had tell Jamie, showed up, so it was not going to be easy.
Snape was ready, if Jamie tried something he was sure she would if he gave her time but, then again she might simply insult him to get to him.

Draco looked at Jamie " Sorry I am late we been quite bussie at home" Then her look at new mark then at Jamie " Yes I do it is better then the old one" Then Draco look at Severus tryed to hit Jamie with a spell but Jamie dodge it " Snape I hope you did not think that will work now "

Jamie smirked slightly at Snape's words. It was dark and twisted. "Would you find me worthy if I tortured you to the brink of insanity then hung you by your entrails?" she asked. Then she glanced at Malfoy. "I am glad that most of you are enjoying your new loyalties. It will make this plan all the more smooth," she said.

Snape heard Draco's words, his eyes grew darker though he did not cast a spell at him it was clear had that been spoken, by anther he would of killed them becouse of it. He heard Jamie's words, despited his want, to nip at her words he knew better then to do so right now, there would be time for that later on. "No" For now he would not make a move but, he was not fully expeting of her taking the leader part ether & he was sure Jamie knew it.
