[Professor Severus Snape]

Snape once more was in Hogsmeade, it was cold out & he drew his hood closer over his head to keep the chill away from him more he was coming to get an item & once done he plained to head back to Hogwarts, for it was clear that it soon would snow & he did not want to be out in it when it did come. With that he drew close to the shop he needed before he entered & took alook around for the item he needed.

[Layla Alderov]

Layla pratically ran down the streets of Hogsmeade. Once again her robes had gone missing, everything was gone. Taking a deep breath she walked calmly into Gladrags Wizardwear. Of course this was what she got for having patches on most of her clothes, her Aunt became furious that she was hiding and always stole her clothes from that silly trunk she gave Layla.

Layla walked up to the store clerk and asked them if they had her parcel. She patiently waited for her new clothes, and swore under her breath that she would never use that suitcase again.

Snape continued to look when he came across someclothing that he needed & was more his style, as well color. He heard the door open, as he looked he saw it was Layla, he was not sure why she was out at a time like this but, she was here to do as he was to get some clothing. He moved to the frount of the store as he watched Layla & when close he spoke "Miss. Alderov, I would think you would be back at Hogwarts, though form the looks of things you have come to get some items before it snows"

Layla looked up at Professor Snape and for some strange reason she felt embarassed that he had seen her. "Uh...yeah. Well the truth is, is that I don't have any clothes. They've disappeared."

Layla turned towards the counter but then realized that Professor Snape probably thought it was one of the students. "I mean I know where they are, I just can't get them at the moment. My Aunt has a bad habit of stealing my clothing items cause she doesn't think how I dress does my blood...my apperance justice." Layla stated calmly as she looked back at Professor Snape.

Snape heard her first words & had wondered if another student took the items but, her words where the answer. "Perhaps you can talk her out of selling your clothing like that again or at least replace the clothing so you have somthing more to where"

He thought to say more but, he knew he wait to know more before he did. There was no reason to jump to anything & with it being him he did not wise to make it so quick that he might be care where others could hear.

[Layla Alderov]

Layla nodded, "which is what I am doing right now. My Aunt gives the clothing back eventually, well she used to. Since coming here who knows what will happen. It's all right though, I'm used to it."

Layla smiled and took the parcel from the clerk who had brought it up while they were speaking. She quickly placed the money on the counter. "Are you here for some new robes as well? You probably come here a lot, protection spells against student potions can't always save the clothing." Layla didn't mention the fact that she had glimpsed Professor Snape coming back sometimes with blood stained clothing. It wasn't any of her business what he was doing outside of Hogwarts.

Snape heard her answer & with her words he spoke simply "Yes, it is always good to have extra" He let it at that but, it was the truth in the mater for it was always good to have extra though his was not so much the students, as Jamie & her ways of making his life hell. "Are you going back to Hogwarts after you leave here?"

[Layla Alderov]

"Most likely, I don't have anything else to do. Why?" Layla asked not sure if he wanted her to do something or if he was just making sure she wasn't being a troublemaker.

[Professor Severus Snape]

With her words he had not really expected her to answer diffrently, after all she could not know his answer & he was likly to answer the same way. "I asked becouse, I would offer to walk you back to Hogwarts, if you wanted" Normally he would not of asked but, it was unclear how close before the snow came or how bad it would be & be sides that with out other students around he wished to see that she made it safly back.

Layla hid her shock, she wasn't used to people being concerned about her.

Layla smiled, "thank you Professor for the offer. I would be happy to have you walk me back. Though of course we should leave until you are ready." Layla stated, making sure that he knew she was okay with waiting for him to finish whatever he needed to get done.

[Professor Severus Snape]

Snape heard her words "I have what I need, I only need to pay & then we can head back" He would insure she was finished as well before he left & he would pay once she was done paying, after all only fair that he do so with her being the first two the frount. "Are you needing more or do you have what you need?"

"I'm all set!" Layla watched Professor Snape pay and then waited for him to leave so she could follow him and walk back together.

Snape payed before he moved to head out, there was no telling what the weather was like but, at least it would be safer together then to not be for even now it was not always safe & with the new D.E. leader it had its times when it was & when it was unwise to be out alone at all. "Let us go then" He would have an owl, deliver his clothing to Hogwarts to make it better for him.

Layla nodded and walked out the door, she waited for Snape, and then she began to walk back to Hogwarts, being careful to keep pace with him. "I'm guessing there aren't a lot of students who go off of grounds to run errands are there? I mean out of the designated trips."

Layla didn't know what to talk about with him and she wondered why there weren't a lot of students around. From what she heard students wandered all over the place around here.

Snape heard her questions "Not at this time most stay at Hogwarts becouse of the snow & I cannot say many come when it is not designated but, I do know of some that do it most just are not in the need to come before then" He moved to walk beside her making sure not to go to fast, for he would not like to make her feel she had to run to keep up.
